Lemon Dressing

Crab

  • Crab Meat 120 g
  • Cashew Nut 10 g
  • Salmon Roe 5 g

Plating

  • Baguette, cut in half 1 pc
  • Margarine 5 ml
  • Roasted Tomatoes 2 pc
  • Fennel, thinly sliced 2 g
  1. Lemon Dressing

    • Whisk all ingredients and chill.
  2. Crab

    • In a mixing bowl, mix crab, salmon roe, and cashew nut.
    • Add lemon mayonnaise, mix together and chill.
  3. Plating

    • Cut baguette in half and spread with margarine, bake until golden brown.
    • Dress prepared crab meat on top of baked baguette.
    • Garnish salad.
