Butterfly Pea Flower Ice

  • Dried Butterfly Pea Flowers 20 g
  • Water 1500 ml
  • Ice, crushed 8 oz

Galaxy Lime Slushie

  1. Butterfly Pea Flower Ice

    • Boil water and put dried butterfly pea flower into the pot until the water changes to desired colour. Remove from heat, discard the flower and let cool.
    • Pour the flower water into an ice mold and freeze for 6 hours. Remove from the freezer and crush the ice in a blender.
  2. Galaxy Lime Slushie

    • Mix Knorr Lime Seasoning Powder with water and syrup and stir to combine.
    • Spoon crushed ice in a serving glass. Pour mixture (1) into the glass. Spoon crushed ice of butterfly pea water on top.
    • Pour soda water on top and decorate with lime slice and mint leaves. Ready to serve.
