    • Boil stock, add minced galangal, chopped lemon grass, crush bird's eye chilli and chilli paste together.
    • Add shrimp, squid and season with Knorr Premium Fish Sauce, gradually add melted corn flour to the mixture.
    • Put on the plate with fried noodle and decorate with parsley on top.
