Flat Rice Noodle 159 g

Chicken Breast, sliced 50 g

Pickled Squid, soaked in water 20 g

Garlic, minced 5 g

Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp

How to Prepare
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Add minced garlic and stir until golden brown. Add chicken, soup stock and egg. Stir fry until every ingredient is lightly cooked.
- Add white rice noodles and the squid, season it with the main sauce and stir fry until everything is well cooked.*
- Taste. Sprinkle with black pepper, add sliced green onions and serve with lettuce and chilli sauce.
Tips: You can customise the dish with other ingredients such as pork, beef and other seafood. *Seasoning Sauce made with Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
